DOORA-FEL-HOUMA is an initiative to integrate young people living in the medina into the cultural, economic and social dynamics of the medina. It aims to enable young people to re-appropriate their living space through the valorization of the knowledge of their daily living. The project also aims to set up an innovative urban tourism offer by the inhabitants of the district that provide guides tours in selected neighborhoods. The direct beneficiaries are a group of young people between 18 and 30 years old, living in the Medina of Tunis and its suburbs.
The project is part of the activities of COLLECTIF CREATIF. It is funded the Institut Français de Tunisie (IFT) within the framework of the “Innovative Projects of Civil Societies and Coalitions of Actors” (PISCCA) program.
